The villa has grand structural beams at the entrance that mark the classic French style entryway. The living area has a semi-old world kitchen that adds a touch of nostalgia while the eclectic furniture gives each space its own character. The informal seating area on the first floor creates a cosy space, ideal for unwinding with friends and family. A bedroom on the ground floor has a boho-chic aesthetic with a patterned floor and earthy décor. It opens directly to a covered verandah attached to the private lawn and pool.
Coloured ceilings and French windows are other key highlights of La Mosteiro. The first floor has two spacious bedrooms and the master bedroom has a covered balcony. From the covered terrace on the floor, you can delight in the beautiful view of the surrounding forests.
Inviting the sea breeze and sunlight inside is key for a peaceful home. A place where time can slow down just by opening a window that brings into focus the beauty of the world outside.
Joseph’s keen eye for detail shines through in his upkeep of the pool area. He is the one working behind the scenes to ensure that the pool is always in a crystal-clear oasis state. Joseph believes that by maintaining the perfect balance of water purity and ambiance, he can ensure that every moment spent by the pool is calm and restorative for all who visit.

- 50% refund if the cancellation is done within 7 to 15 days of the check-in date.
- No refund within 7 days of check-in date.
- We deduct transaction fees from refunds based on the payment method. Refunds will appear in your bank account within 15 working days.
- For bookings from December 22 to January 7, we offer a full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds are available after this period.
- Non Refundable Policy: Book our "Non-Refundable Rate" 15 days in advance and get 10% off on villas. This rate cannot be cancelled or amended, and cancellations forfeit the full amount. Use code "NONREFUNDABLE" when booking to receive this discount. It cannot be applied after booking.
- Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- We welcome families, couples, and mixed groups but cannot accommodate gentlemen-only groups, weddings, or parties.
- Security Deposit Required: Rs. 10,000 for short stays and Rs. 30,000 for long stays. Damages or missing items will be deducted.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. Designated smoking zones are in outdoor areas. Indoor smoking incurs a Rs. 10,000 cleaning fee.
- We have a strict anti-narcotic policy.
- Provide accurate guest details. Only registered guests are allowed; no visitors.
- Pets are generally not allowed, but exceptions can be made with an additional deposit. Contact us for approval.
- Loud music and parties are not allowed after 10 PM.
