The ground floor features a private pool and garden enclosed by the living area with large windows that fill the space with sunlight. There is a cosy kitchen with a six-seater dining table for that sense of homeliness of self-prepared meals. Near the kitchen is a bedroom with direct access to the pool where one can take a dip as pleased or just sit by, for some quiet time.
The 2 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor get plenty of natural light and have postcard views of the surroundings. This floor also has a covered terrace featuring a bar attached to the master bedroom where one can add a zest of night life to slow living or simply enjoy the setting sun while drinking their favourite beverage.
Life on a vacation is different. Time doesn’t move hour to hour but mood to moment. Live well and fully, according to a plan by you in a home by us.
Manjula is a valued member of our housekeeping team and since joining has since become an expert housekeeper. She has a talent for making every room sparkle. Her mantra of "it’s all in the details" guides her in maintaining a perfect environment and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Fontainhas, a special street steeped in Goan history. An interesting colony of winding roads with colourful houses "frozen in the past". A delightful place to walk and absorb history. Taking time to notice the house designs, the cock on the roof and the old water wells opens a treasure trove of the yesteryears.
- 100% refund if the cancellation is done 15 days before the check-in date.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is done within 7 to 15 days of the check-in date.
- No refund within 7 days of check-in date.
- We deduct transaction fees from refunds based on the payment method. Refunds will appear in your bank account within 15 working days.
- For bookings from December 22 to January 7, we offer a full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds are available after this period.
- Non Refundable Policy: Book our "Non-Refundable Rate" 15 days in advance and get 10% off on villas. This rate cannot be cancelled or amended, and cancellations forfeit the full amount. Use code "NONREFUNDABLE" when booking to receive this discount. It cannot be applied after booking.
- Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- We welcome families, couples, and mixed groups but cannot accommodate gentlemen-only groups, weddings, or parties.
- Security Deposit Required: Rs. 10,000 for short stays and Rs. 30,000 for long stays. Damages or missing items will be deducted.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. Designated smoking zones are in outdoor areas. Indoor smoking incurs a Rs. 10,000 cleaning fee.
- We have a strict anti-narcotic policy.
- Provide accurate guest details. Only registered guests are allowed; no visitors.
- Pets are generally not allowed, but exceptions can be made with an additional deposit. Contact us for approval.
- Loud music and parties are not allowed after 10 PM.
