The ground floor opens to a private garden surrounding the pool, a distinctive feature serving as an exclusive vacation activity spot. The ground floor is spread across a cosy drawing-dining area next to a kitchen for those comfort meals during your time of retreat. The focal point is the skylight featured atop a staircase leading to the first floor.
The 2 bedrooms on this floor have large windows that play a key role in visually connecting spaces outside with the inside. Playfully patterned floors of checks and stripes mingle with the quiet and muted interiors of the bedrooms to give its character a little bit of drama. La Avila is in close proximity to Vagator, Anjuna and Morjim, all places bustling with eateries, culture and architecture, allowing one to choose from many options to create the perfect holiday.

Vagator beach in the evenings is a sight to see. This rocky beach has a peaceful shore with just enough vibrancy to give you moments that will stay etched in your memory forever. A walk along the shoreline to witness the sunset is a must here.

He is up at dawn without any complaints to tend to the shrubs, bushes and flower beds to ensure that a stroll around never falls short.
- 100% refund if the cancellation is done 15 days before the check-in date.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is done within 7 to 15 days of the check-in date.

- We deduct transaction fees from refunds based on the payment method. Refunds will appear in your bank account within 15 working days.
- For bookings from December 22 to January 7, we offer a full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds are available after this period.
- Non Refundable Policy: Book our "Non-Refundable Rate" 15 days in advance and get 10% off on villas. This rate cannot be cancelled or amended, and cancellations forfeit the full amount. Use code "NONREFUNDABLE" when booking to receive this discount. It cannot be applied after booking.
- Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- We welcome families, couples, and mixed groups but cannot accommodate gentlemen-only groups, weddings, or parties.
- Security Deposit Required: Rs. 10,000 for short stays and Rs. 30,000 for long stays. Damages or missing items will be deducted.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. Designated smoking zones are in outdoor areas. Indoor smoking incurs a Rs. 10,000 cleaning fee.
- We have a strict anti-narcotic policy.
- Provide accurate guest details. Only registered guests are allowed; no visitors.
- Pets are generally not allowed, but exceptions can be made with an additional deposit. Contact us for approval.
- Loud music and parties are not allowed after 10 PM.
